ur saying they gave a date after one year , did u ask ur lawyer if all the cases in chicago take that long cuz im in chicago and i will have my master hearing in aug 2009 so i was expecting to wait for 2 or 3 month not one year , if u have any info about this pls let me know , and more question pls while ur waitinf fo the hearing did the lawyer told u if u can apply for social security number and work permit ?
