Same boat NSC RD 04/2001 ND 05/2001 AVM still says FP mailed out on 10/2001. I did my FP on 07/2001. According to FBI my first FP 07/2001 is fine. NSC IIO asked me to ignore 2nd FP notice 10/2001 which I didnt receive, may be lost in mail
