    I134 or I864 for K3 (from Chennai, India)

    Which of those affidavits is required? The I134 doesn't state that any tax returns are needed but I think the I864 does. I am going to be mailing some forms to my wife, so I want to send in the correct copies. Thanks.

    wrong bday on 129F (india)

    There are two issues that I am curious about how the Consulate will react to. 1. I put the wrong bday of my beneficiary on the 129F. Will this be a problem? How do I go about correcting this? 2. NVC sent the form to Mumbai instead of Chennai. Mumbai won't have a problem with this right?
