i was in us for nearly 6 month and exited the country. when i tried to come back after a month or so they assumed i had immigration intent and allowed me to withdraw my application. I could try to come in on b1/b2 visa and see how it goes .... but this is a serious situation however i am not...

Wowee !! That sure throws the option of applying for Asylum at PoE. But is there anyone here who can confirm the detention aspect. Why would i be imprisioned am I a criminal ?

Also does it make a difference to which port I apply and them move to in USA ? I mean in case i come in across the border...
