    concurrent?? semi-concurrent??? Hi Ginnu and other gurus, My I-140 if filed in 10/2004, I-485 in 12/2005. I-140 approved in 01/2005. Got EAD in 03/2005. Am I eligible for AC21? Is it concurrent filing? Can I change my employer and join permanent offer? Thanks,

    CP or 485? I am planning to go for CP. But now there is talk about speedy processing on I-485 or concurrent approval of I-140&I-485. Any suggestions on whether CP is faster or 485?

    Thanks muffin1973. Do we have to wait for I-140 approval for filing requst for Consular Processing? I heard that filing CP request along with I-140 will save time. Is it not true?
