    Help Company will not sponcer H1-B , Any Alternative??

    Hi, Ia m on OPT and my current employer will not sponcer an H1 but says they will transfer one .,,!!!! it dint make any sense to me either !!! so what do i do now. other company to sponcer and then transfer it to this company?? How can i get some Any suggestions ?? Help please!! thanks
