Hi, I am new to the forum. I am citizen of India and presently on work permit in Cyprus from May 2004. I have I-20 and admit from universities in US for my MS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. Is it possible for me to apply for an f1 visa from cyprus. Thanks in advance Ashish
