    Re-marrying while in proceedings .

    Lost my USC spouse in an accident while still awaiting and before the approval of the I-130/485 application following the interview. Can I re-marry and can my new spouse apply for a visa for me even though I have been in removal proceedings for expired visa for three years? Can a lawyer help me?
