to dnk1 You cannot be LPR in USA and resident of second country, this means you are living in two places at the same time. Citizenship as raevsky said is something else, you do not have to live in the country/es of ciizenship.

send e-mail to KCC,its not big deal, once your CN is current you can call KCC by phone they will tell you the date of your interview. You will survive without 2nd NL dont worry.

10 days is nothing, 2 week at least, and they need somtime to process. It is not problem if they r lost (they wont but in worst case scenario) because you could download them at any time, and fill them and send again. so just wait another week or 2 and call then KCC.
