HELP: Confusion on counting job order days
My lawyers notified me yesterday that my "PERM case has been denied because the job order was not placed for 30 days." The job order posted from June 1 - June 30, 2006, which appears to be 30 days. It appears the automated PERM system is counting it as less than 30 days. Would appreciate...
