    London Consulate vs. Immigration center in the US (which is faster?)

    My wife's a US citizen. We want to move to New Mexico in January. Is it faster to get a K-3 in London and then apply for a Green Card once over there? Or should we just apply for residency now, while in the U.K????? Is it more difficult to get a GC from outside the US?
