    Here is update and question. I did have no balls to go to Citizenship Interview and canceled it. Instead I did file i-90, and got new Green Card extension. Now what? Did they issue new Green Card to me erroneously again, or am I clean??

    I have a lawyer, but she can't check my status. Local INS won't send my files, FOIA responce is missing some info as well, INS sent motion to rescind based on 237 more than 8 years ago, I never received that motion.

    I filed n-400 few months ago and received interview notice. There was a deportation order issued on me about 9 years ago. Now, I don't really know if that order is still valid or it had been dismissed. Would I have gotten interview notice if there is something bad in my A-file? Or did they...
