    File GC for mother, sister is under 21 can she come along with Mom?

    I am US citizen, going to apply for GC for parents, since my younger sister age is 19, can she come with her mother get GC also? or I need to apply GC for her seperately? If so, it takes 10+yrs right? Thanks for help!
