    Another question, can a person get his H1 transferred while he is also waiting approval for EAD (as a dependent on his spouse's EAD)? Also, can H1 transfers take place while the person is out of US (temporarily, during that duration)?

    Can a family visit their native country if they have a valid H1 before getting Advance Parole approved?, e.g. one spouse is on H1 and other is getting EAD approved, so can they still travel to their native country as they still have H1status, how important is Advance Parole at that point of time?
