    *****H1 Transfer - Please Help *****

    I am on H1 visa. My last pay stub is dated May 1st 2004. I had been looking for a job for the last one month. I got a new offer and the new employer wants to tansfer my H1. Is there any issue if I transfer my H1 since I was not working for over a month? Experts please advise.
