Question Regarding H1 start date
Hi, I am a MS graduate from an US university. My OPT starts on Aug 15th, 2005. I would like to know about my chances of applying for H1B in the next quota (starting April 2006) and incase if I get my H1B in the next quota can I only have a start date of Oct 1st 2006, or can it be earlier...- anurs81
