    Use of EAD when I-140 is Pending

    Hi, My husband has filed for I-140 and I-485 (con-current) as a result I got my EAD card which is valid till 03/05. I was initially on H1B. Now, with my new job I have used my EAD. Our I-140 has not yet been approved. My question is can I just continue using my EAD and apply for a new one...
