So_Special Thanks for reply,but i am on informal probation(just obey all laws) not on supervision probation i talked to my Lawyer but she said you don't need a letter beccoz you are under informal probation. I m worried. Still is there probability to denying my re-entry in USA???? Plz Reply

I have a question like if a person (H-4 Visa) caught once for petty theft and for him there is only one option like plea to guilty for petty theft ,and court has given him 2yr probation and 1 day jail time(not exactly jail like community service).Can he travel to his native place like India...
