I called the National USCIS customer service number and the kept pressing the buttons till I was able to speak with customer service representative and I requested a service inquiry as to why is my application still pending. After 2 weeks I got their reply

Service inquiry Hi Folks: I have received the response to my service inquiry after waiting for 2 weeks. It says that my case is currently under review and I should wait another 60 days from the day of this letter to hear something.

How is that related to the tracking of the I-485 or the I-485 process at all. I saw it mainly concerns H1b so why are blurring this supposedly I-485 consolidated tracker when all you have to do is start a separate thread about this topic.
