    Checks not encashed for I-485 filed on 07/12/2007.

    my lawyer filed I-485 on 07/12/2007 in nebraska . no checks have been encashed yet. iam a little bit concerned as nebraska moved to 07/29 and texas to 07/19. has the applications filed in nebraska from july 2 to july 17 have been moved to texas?? Any one in the same boat ???

    I- 140 APPROVED change of employer

    i got my I-140 approved 8 months ago. now iam thinking to change my employer.. Can i still use my old Priority Date even though my employer revokes i -140. i appreciate ur help or suggestions..
