Can she be on payrole with out SSN#?
Hi,
my wife is in the same situation. Can she start using EAD without SSN#
and be on payrole? Or does she go on payrole only after SSN?
In general, if one is on payroll, employer has to deduct some amount
towards Social security then is that legal...

Then what is your interpretation for Ms.Murthy's response on this? specifically
this statement from her: "If the I-140 gets denied, the person will be eligible to revert to the H-4 status as long as the I-94 card has not yet expired."
