Hi, My husband was working on L1A visa for company A, was laid off a week ago. Can he apply for I-140 even now and still be safe with regard to my GC processing. His employer will not be revoking his status for atleast a month. We've currently filed for his H4 as I'm on H1 B. Thanks, Anjali
