Yeah. I filed I140 and I485 concurrently with a ND of May 3, 2004. My I 140 was approved on Jan 12. 2005, and I-485 (for self as well as my wife) was approved on Jan 14, 2005. Thanks AS

Yes. My lawyer said that if you enter with AP, you can work on EAD only. So, I am going for H1B stamping... and if that does not happen, I can return on AP and continue working on EAD. AS

For me, it took around 10 days for me to receive the AP document after the online status showed approved. Regarding where you would get the document is based on what address you had put in I-131... for me, I put my home address and that is where I recd the AP docs. AS

Hi My wife is on H4, and recently we applied for I-140 and I-485 and received EAD against the AOS application. Since my wife does not have a SSN, we applied for her SSN against her EAD. The officer at SSN office said that they need to wait for confirmation of EAD and her status from INS. More...
