I got laid-off in May 2001 while on H1-B and my employer put me on \'leave of absence\'. My I-94 will be expiring in Oct 2002. In this case, Do you think I will have any problem while filing for a new H1-B? Does anybody know similar case or experiencing similar scenario? Thanks in advance
