Resigned and Re-joined. Can I apply for L1?
Hello There, I quit the firm I was working in March 2005. I went to do my post grad. I joined back the firm in May 2006. I had to quit as the company didn't have a sabbatical policy. Now my question is can I apply for a L1 Visa? First time around I was in the firm for 2 years and 3...- andynags
