I checked the website. It could not find my case. However, I called 800 number and got the good news. My I-140 (RD 06/25, EB2, Concurrent) was approved on 09/16. EAD and AP were also approved a month ago. Thanks for all your updates. Hopefully, all of your cases will be approved soon.

Ramfan According to my lawyer, they are sending the approved MO-SESA cases to regional office. Based on your previous posts, MO-SESA will send it to Chicago. I will check with Chicago office by end of next week and let you know about the result.

My lawyer talked with someone in MO SESA on 08/21. She advised that they are currently processing cases received at the very beginning of October 2001. Almost 3 months have passed since then, they are still talking about Oct'1 cases. It is really frustrating.
