    Initially 140 was applied in EB2. Then later lawyers sent an EB3 amendment thinking eb3 might be the best option. but 140 got approved thru eb2. In the rfe they asked to withdraw the amendment since it is unused. I think basically they are checking the status of ther person with the company...

    Is CSC still responding to status email?

    For me when I enquired in mid april...till now no response. But my spouse had lud. I did not have any lud. My spouse is primary applicant. In mid feb I enquired and I got response 'due to name check it is pending'. Now in mid april enquiry they did not care to even reply.
