Thanks Bobsmyth, but is he not still in a danger of losing his citizenship (after the fact) if he is convicted in a civil court for copyright violations (as I believe almost all of the copyright violations fall under civil laws)?
Say a person bought a audio file (a song) or a book from another person (who distributed that file violating copyright laws) and applies for citizenship. 'will the person who bought the file considered not having a moral standing and can he be denied citizenship?
