    refile under PERM in the same firm or switch firms??

    Hey, all: Well, I filed my LC in January of this year in NJ, which is going to be a long wait. Now our group is going to be discontinued in Feb of 2006, I have two choices: 1. Stay with the same company and join a different group, but half of what I do will be different from my LC job...

    Can a start-up company sponsor H1b & GC?

    My boss is starting a brand new firm and wants me to join him. Will they be able to sponsor H1B and GC for me? The firm will start running in October, will they be able to start H1B transfer & GC application ASAP? Thanks!
