Yes, it was only ceremonial and if i am going to apply for Citizenship i will be registering it for sure and she only has a semester left anyways. Regardless of this situation Please advise that should i apply for citizenship because of my divorce finalized 2 months after getting the 10 year...

I have posted about this before but my situation is little different now. Please help..
Here is my situation:
I got married to US Citizen in July 2004 got my 2 year green card in March 2005 the 2 year card interview was on Jan 2005 and she filed for divorce in December 2005...

You are right it is a typo i got married in June 2004 and on the final divorce paper the form is called "Attachment 4p to judgment" it says married date june 2004 and separation date feb. 2005.
So, i guess she filed for a divorce in Dec. 2005 but never followed up with it....and on...
ok so another confusion,
I just had an appointment with the lawyer and we discovered on my finalized divorce papers it says separated Feb. 2004 now thats one month after my 2 year green card interview...
and there is section in n-400 application that states us to provide dates of...
