Hi, I am working in US on an L1A visa and my GC was filed in October 2005, the attorney filed only the I140 at the time and didnt file the I485, giving a reason that it was not possible to file both at that time(not allowed to do concurrent processing). The I140 Receipt date is Oct 11 2005...
