  • I am a green card holder and about to apply for my citizenship. I have some issues I need help clarifying.
I have been in graduate school for the past two years, because of school I have moved a couple of times in the last 2 years. I still owned my house in my home state and also since these moves were temporary, I did not change my address with the USCIS.
I just recently moved permanently to a new state. (From Ohio to VA)
    I have two questions.
    1) Can I fill an AR-11 electronic form to change my address before I mail my N-400 form?
    2) Or do I mail the N-400 forms without filling the AR-11 forms, since all correspondence will come to the address on the N-400 form.
    What are my other options?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
