And, hopefully you remembered to cut your caloric intake, as well as the other extra body building nutrients and supplements that will only be stored as fat when you're not working out. If so, then you will need to go back to the Muscle Building diet that you were on before. If you weren't taking any supplements, now might be a good time to look into some creatine and protein supplements to push the Muscle Building process along, and possibly a carb or other energy supplement for some additional energy because it is tough to get your energy back after being ill for a long time.
