Is it safe to travel to China and back to US on AP?
Dear all: I just registered today after seeing so many helpful people are here. I came to US on J1, and applied for GC throungh NIW, I-140 was approved in Aug. 2002. ND date for I485 is August, 2002. I started to use EAD since Dec. 2002, now I am on my 2nd EAD. Stilll have not received...- Allbestwish
