My lawyer told me that no sence to appeal against the denial of my N400, since we dont have a strong evodence document. And also added to me that, i am not eligable to reapply for citizenship before 5 years fron the date of this denial!!!

Just to add more info about me, i am married and have a family of Wife and 2 childs (2.3 years old) in my Original country Lebanon, and i have already applied for them the I-131 on Feb 2011, but that application will take long process of time to get them here live with me in the USA!!!!

On Feb, 2010 I applied for Citizen, and submitted my N-400 application. June 8th 2010 was my scheduled finterview for the CItizenship. On May 29th, 2010 i have recieved a cancellation of my Citizenship interview.After a six months later, i decided to assign a lawyer.Uppon that action, i recieved a reschedule of citizenship interview. My reschedule date was on May 18th,2011, which i attended , but i was surprised that the officer told us that, my aplication will be rasied to the supervisior for kind of final decision.After10 days i recieved a letter for another interview to attend on June 14th,2011.Again i attended it and at the end of the interview that, we hav been told that the USCIS will advise us the decision soon.After like 10 days i recieved a Denial letter for my N400,the reason of denial was that they found that i i had a trips outside the USA during the last five years for more than 6 months. and that i am "not good moral charachter ". COuld anyone advise me what to do?
