    thanks, got RFE ability to pay wage 9 weeks ago... 3 weeks left to reply. lawyer says he sent in docs weeks ago but LUD doesn't show they've recived it. any tips for making your lawyer do some work?!!!? lol :)

    thanks for that. I'm also wondering, do i have to stay with my current employer for these 180 days? If i quit or am fired after the 140 is approved, but before the 180 days are up, can i work for someone else after 180 days, or is my green card cancelled? Thanks again. you guys rule!
