I am a USC and my wife in Granted Asylee for about SIX years now. She did not apply for her green card yet. Now she wants to apply and my question "WHICH WAY IS IT EASIER/ SHORTER" thru a USC husband or thru her asylee status. AND IS THERE A DIFFERENCE AT ALL. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND APPRECIATE...
