My application was mailed end of december, and I got an email saying its approved today. Took less than six months, and i am on EB3.
Speaking of murphy's law, i actually was looking for it to be delayed to be able to get married in India.

I was in no hurry (due to being unmarried) but my I485 in NSC has been approved (according to an email from USCIS) today, after applying in Dec 04.

My stamp is expired, so if its safe I would rather use AP. However if there is any risk I can take the extra time to get the stamp. Is it worth to be safe?
