    I (L2) mailed EAD apply and am waiting "notice apply" for 16 days.

    Could anyone give me advice? I am L2 status and applied EAD to USCIS Dallas Lockbox( because I live in New Jersey and category is a18) by Express Mail in Februaly 22. Although I got a report from US postal service that my document deliverlied in Februaly 23, I have never get "notice apply"...
