    Hi I have submitted my passport for renewal with the indian embassy (expiry date aug 08 willtake 2 month - ) In the Mean time i have recieved a new job offer. I have copies of my passport etc. Can i file for H1b transfer with those copies because they show the date of expiry to be aug 08...
