    Thank you all!! Yeah, I have updated rupnet on Saturday itself. My wife's I485 is still pending since we filed her case only on July 2003. She hasn't received her finger printing yet. So, I will be around here, checking out the status.

    What do you guys mean by name check? I called up FBI number a month after my second finger print and she said they sent it to USCIS on the same day when I got my finger print done which was Dec.30, 2003. So does that mean my name check was done?
