    Immigration for my brother and his wife

    Hello, I am a naturalized US citizen. My elder brother is a drilling engineer and currently resides in India. I would like to sponsor him and his wife to immigrate to US. Where do I start? Also, how long it usually takes for such family based sponsorship? Thank in advance
