    I got the approval for the I-130 through marriage petetion. Now ready to apply for the I-485. My question is: How long it would take for processing to get the green card ( I live in Detroit, and probably the application will be sent to nebraska).

    a lot of people said to me that I don't need one, and the attorney might just make the immigration officer that interviews you hostile, is this correct ? please advice?
