Hi, Does any one know what is the average time that the dallas BRC will take to process backlogs.. Our application has been in the Federal queue in SFO regional centre since Sep 03.. would really appreciate any inputs

yes, my last entry was on h1 visa..i havent left usa since ,though in between i was on h4.yes, my last entry was on h1

I am currently in the united states on h4. i got my h1 approval recently. I need to know , if i can start working immediately or if I first need to get the h1 stamped on the passport, even though i donot intend to travle outside the united states...pls reply...
