I have filed i-600 and got a letter to do finger print and I went and completed the process. I did not recieve any notice with the file number in it. How do I get the file number? If I call immigration, the 1st question is what is your file number. thanks.

Gaurdian or adoptive father?? My father got the custody of the kids and by virtue of law is legal gaurdian of the kids (in Iran father of the father gets gaurdianship). The mother was unfit and the kids were turned over to gaurdian (my father).

thanks for the note, there is a section on I-130 that you we list all husband/wife and children of our relative. I think they look at that section to see if a child under 18 is eligible to accompany the applicant, not sure. thanks again.
