    6 Year Expiring - Can I file a new extension when another extension is pending

    My current H1 6 Year limit expires in Jan 2010. I applied for H1 Extension in May 2009. Got an RFE for LCA in Aug, which company replied to. Then again got an RFE last week for exactly the same thing - LCA, which company has already replied. My PERM Application for my GC was filed last year...
