    I-485 approval and question

    wac 02-165-***** RD: April 19, 2002 FP 1: May 2002 FP 2: June 15, 2004 AD: July 7, 2004 And my question is: when is one technically a permanent resident, when the I-485 is approved or when the passport is stamped? Good luck to everyone.
