    Congrats! My understanding is you are the primary applicant beneficiary your wife is dependent on you as far as I485 concerns; she does not require additional approval.

    Eligibility Notice

    Thanks for your reply, 140 has been approved almost 2 yrs ago, waiting for 485 approval, have gone thru EAD renewals, just spoke with INS officer who says they have mailed me an eligibility notice, I got no further elaboration from the officer.

    "Eligibility Notice" What does it mean? Is it equivalent of RFE? Or is it a Denial?
