I am wanting to get my H1 stamped in Mexico /Cananda. My I797 was approved in june 2005. I was on f1 before that. Is it a rule that "if one is getting visa stamped for the first time one has to go to his coutry of citizenship, he/she cannot get it stamped from Mexico or Canada". I know...
