My employer fied I140 & I485 but did not file EAD in July'07. I got my I140 approved. Can i apply for my EAD now? If i apply now for EAD can my or will my company withdraw the application form? Can i apply for my EAD all by myself without my employers help. Generally how long will it take...- ABCsiva123
